退换小文化
如果商品有瑕疵(defects)，顾客会要求“退货”(return)或“换货”(exchange)。一般美国商店的做法是在商品售出后某个期限内包换包退，而且绝不为难顾客，也就是所谓的“no questions asked”policy。有礼貌的还会补上一句：We are very sorry for the inconvenience.(我们很抱歉给您带来不便。)
