第7章 商务谈判

The negotiation is beginning when the counteroffer or the buyer negotiates with the offer or the seller.And it continues when the seller refuse to counter offer or make some concessions in the way of proposals.The course is from several rounds to dozens of rounds till the both accept in and make agreements.

当买方或受盘人还盘与卖方或发盘人进行商讨时,商务谈判已经开始。当卖方拒绝还盘或通过提出新建议的方式作出一点让步时,商务谈判仍在继续。这个过程从几个回合持续到许多个回合,直到双方接受并达成协议。

Introducing Your Proposal 己方建议的提出
